1 About ServerOpenClaw

ServerOpenClaw is a specialized virtual private server (VPS) rental service that provides customers with fully configured, ready-to-use Windows-based VPS environments with our proprietary ClawBot AI Assistant pre-installed and operational from the moment of delivery.

We handle all technical setup, including operating system installation, optimization, network configuration, security hardening, and the complete deployment of ClawBot — so you can start using your AI-powered server immediately without any technical expertise required.

2 Service Description

When you purchase a package from ServerOpenClaw, you receive:

• A dedicated VPS with the specifications matching your chosen plan (RAM, CPU cores, SSD storage, bandwidth).
• Pre-installed Windows operating system — fully configured and optimized for AI workloads and general computing.
• ClawBot AI Assistant — our proprietary AI assistant application, fully installed, configured, and ready to use. ClawBot comes with integrations for Telegram, WhatsApp, and other messaging platforms.
• AI model access — ClawBot is pre-configured with connections to leading AI providers including OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, DeepSeek, Mistral, Cohere, Meta LLaMA, and more.
• Remote Desktop (RDP) access credentials for full control over your VPS.
• Initial setup and configuration — all performed by our technical team before delivery.

What We Do (Setup Process)

1. Provision the VPS — We allocate a dedicated VPS with the hardware specifications of your selected package from our infrastructure.
2. Install Windows — A fresh Windows installation is deployed and optimized for performance, including disabling unnecessary services and background processes.
3. Configure Networking — Static IP assignment, firewall rules, RDP access, and port configurations are applied.
4. Deploy ClawBot — We install the ClawBot AI Assistant application, configure it with default settings, connect it to AI providers, and set up messaging integrations (Telegram, WhatsApp, etc.).
5. Security Hardening — Basic security measures are applied including Windows Defender configuration, RDP security policies, and access restrictions.
6. Quality Assurance — We run tests to verify that ClawBot is functioning correctly, all integrations are active, and the VPS meets performance benchmarks.
7. Deliver Credentials — RDP login details (IP address, username, password) and ClawBot access information are securely delivered to you.

3 ClawBot AI Assistant

ClawBot is ServerOpenClaw's proprietary AI assistant software designed to run on your VPS. It acts as an intelligent automation layer that can:

• Process and respond to queries using multiple AI models (GPT-4, Claude, Gemini, DeepSeek, Mistral, LLaMA, and more).
• Integrate with messaging platforms (Telegram, WhatsApp, Discord) for remote AI interaction.
• Execute automated tasks such as data analysis, report generation, content creation, and scheduling.
• Manage files, scrape web content, and perform various productivity operations on the VPS.
• Operate 24/7 without interruption as long as the VPS is active and running.

ClawBot License

ClawBot is licensed exclusively for use on ServerOpenClaw VPS instances. The software license is tied to your active subscription and is non-transferable. You may not:

• Copy, redistribute, reverse-engineer, or decompile the ClawBot software.
• Transfer ClawBot to another server, machine, or third party.
• Modify the core ClawBot application code without written authorization.
• Resell or sublicense ClawBot access to others.

4 VPS Setup & Configuration

Upon successful payment, our technical team will begin setting up your VPS. The typical delivery timeline is:

• Starter & Professional packages: Within 1–6 hours after payment confirmation.
• Enterprise package: Within 1–12 hours after payment confirmation.
• Elite Custom Setup: Within 24–48 hours, as it includes personalized consultation and advanced configuration.

All VPS instances are hosted on high-performance infrastructure with enterprise-grade SSD storage, redundant network connectivity, and guaranteed resource allocation (no overselling).

Server Specifications by Package

• Starter (8 GB RAM): 4 vCPU cores, 8 GB RAM, 120 GB NVMe SSD, 1 Gbps port, unlimited bandwidth.
• Professional (16 GB RAM): 6 vCPU cores, 16 GB RAM, 250 GB NVMe SSD, 1 Gbps port, unlimited bandwidth.
• Enterprise (32 GB RAM): 8 vCPU cores, 32 GB RAM, 500 GB NVMe SSD, 1 Gbps port, unlimited bandwidth.
• Elite Custom Setup: Custom hardware allocation based on consultation. Includes personal ClawBot configuration, premium support, and advanced integrations.

Customer Responsibilities

Once your VPS is delivered:

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your RDP credentials. Do not share them with unauthorized parties.
• You are responsible for any changes you make to the VPS configuration after delivery.
• If you alter system settings or install conflicting software that disrupts ClawBot, we are not liable for the resulting issues.
• We recommend not disabling Windows Defender or firewall rules that were configured during setup.

5 Windows Operating System

The Windows operating system installed on your VPS is provided in an unlicensed (unactivated) state. This means:

• Windows is fully functional for general use and running ClawBot.
• You may see a watermark on the desktop indicating that Windows is not activated.
• Some personalization features (wallpaper, color themes) may be restricted by Microsoft until activation.
• There are no functional limitations that affect ClawBot's operation.

ServerOpenClaw is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected to Microsoft Corporation. Windows is a registered trademark of Microsoft Corporation. The customer acknowledges that:

• We do not sell, distribute, or provide Windows licenses.
• We install Windows as a base operating environment for ClawBot.
• The responsibility for Windows licensing compliance rests entirely with the customer.
• We are not liable for any consequences arising from the use of an unlicensed copy of Windows.

6 Payments & Billing

All payments are processed through NOWPayments, a secure and trusted cryptocurrency payment gateway.

• Accepted payment methods: 200+ cryptocurrencies including Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), USDT, USDC, BNB, SOL, LTC, DOGE, and many more.
• Billing cycle: Monthly recurring. Your subscription renews on the same date each month.
• Payment confirmation: Crypto payments require blockchain confirmations. This typically takes 10–60 minutes depending on the cryptocurrency and network congestion.
• Currency: All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). The equivalent cryptocurrency amount is calculated at the time of payment based on the current exchange rate.
• Invoice: A digital receipt is generated for each transaction and accessible through your account.

Late payments or failed renewals will result in:

1. A 48-hour grace period after the due date.
2. Service suspension after the grace period expires.
3. Data deletion after 7 days of non-payment (VPS will be permanently wiped).

7 Account Registration

To use ServerOpenClaw services, you must create an account. By registering, you agree that:

• You are at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
• All information you provide during registration is accurate and truthful.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• You will not create multiple accounts for fraudulent or abusive purposes.
• You have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service in their entirety.

We reserve the right to refuse registration, suspend, or terminate any account at our sole discretion if we believe these terms have been violated.

8 Data Privacy & No Retention Policy

ServerOpenClaw is committed to your privacy. We operate under a strict no data retention policy:

• We do not store, log, monitor, or access any data on your VPS after delivery.
• We do not record, track, or analyze any conversations, queries, or tasks processed by ClawBot on your server.
• We do not collect personal files, documents, or any content created or stored on your VPS.
• We do not retain AI interaction logs, prompts, responses, or any data exchanged between you and AI models through ClawBot.
• We have no access to your VPS after the initial setup is completed and credentials are delivered to you. We do not maintain backdoors, remote access, or administrative privileges on your server.
• RDP credentials are generated once and delivered to you. We do not keep copies of your login information.

Third-Party Data

When you use ClawBot to interact with third-party AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, etc.), your queries are sent directly from your VPS to those providers. Each AI provider has its own privacy policy and data handling practices. ServerOpenClaw has no visibility into or control over data processed by third-party AI services.

Data Deletion

If you request account deletion, we will permanently erase all account data from our systems within 72 hours. Upon VPS termination, the server and all its contents are permanently and irrecoverably wiped.

9 Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use ServerOpenClaw services and ClawBot exclusively for lawful, ethical, and legitimate purposes. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Any form of illegal activity, including but not limited to fraud, hacking, phishing, identity theft, or money laundering.
• Distribution of malware, ransomware, viruses, trojans, or any malicious software.
• Sending spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or conducting email/SMS bombing campaigns.
• Hosting, distributing, or generating child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any other form of illegal pornographic content.
• Harassment, bullying, doxing, stalking, or threatening any individual or group.
• Copyright infringement, piracy, or unauthorized distribution of copyrighted materials.
• DDoS attacks, port scanning, brute force attacks, or any form of network abuse.
• Mining cryptocurrency using the VPS resources (unless explicitly permitted by your plan).
• Using ClawBot to generate harmful, deceptive, or illegal content.
• Impersonating ServerOpenClaw, its staff, or any other entity.
• Attempting to circumvent security measures, access other users' servers, or exploit our infrastructure.
• Reselling, subletting, or sharing VPS access with unauthorized third parties.
• Using the service to violate the terms of service of any third-party AI provider.
• Any activity that could damage the reputation of ServerOpenClaw or its infrastructure.

10 Service Availability & Uptime

ServerOpenClaw strives to maintain maximum uptime for all VPS instances. However:

• We target 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
• Scheduled maintenance windows will be announced at least 24 hours in advance via email.
• Emergency maintenance for security-critical issues may occur without prior notice.
• Third-party AI provider outages are beyond our control and are not covered by our uptime commitment.
• Force majeure events (natural disasters, war, government actions, utility failures) are excluded from uptime guarantees.

In the event of extended downtime (exceeding 24 consecutive hours) caused by our infrastructure, affected customers will receive proportional service credit applied to their next billing cycle.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• ServerOpenClaw is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory.
• We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components.
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
• Our total aggregate liability for any claims relating to the service shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
• We are not responsible for any loss of data, revenue, profits, or business opportunities resulting from service disruptions.
• We are not liable for any actions taken by third-party AI providers, including changes to their APIs, pricing, or terms.
• We are not responsible for the accuracy, reliability, or output of any AI model accessed through ClawBot.

12 Modifications to Terms

ServerOpenClaw reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms of Service at any time. When we make changes:

• The updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Effective Date."
• Registered users will be notified via email at least 7 days before significant changes take effect.
• Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
• If you do not agree with the modified terms, you may cancel your subscription and close your account.

13 Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our service (instant VPS provisioning and software deployment):

• Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
• If the VPS has not been delivered or set up, a full refund will be issued.
• If the VPS has been delivered and ClawBot is functional, no refund will be provided.
• Technical issues caused by changes you made to the VPS after delivery do not qualify for a refund.
• Service termination due to violation of these Terms of Service does not entitle you to any refund.
